Fall 2007 Update:
The summer is over and all of us are back at Ferris to hit the books once again. This is going to be a busy fall for everyone involved with our organization. We have already begun fundraising for our trip to the AHR Expo next January. We are also planning several events this fall that will be posted in the current events section by the end of this month (September 2007.) Be sure to check back soon for these updates!
About Us:
FSU ASHRAE is a student organization formed to promote student involvement in the Heating and Cooling engineering profession. It also exists to provide networking opportunities to its members for internships and possible full-time employment. FSU ASHRAE leadership opportunities are available for those interested in Officer positions or several committee positions.
It's not all work and no play, our members also participate in intramural softball and go bowling with ACCA and MSCA members.
Fundraising provides opportunities for interaction with other students and other people in the community.
The activities are not just for the members' benefit; we also participate in bell ringing for the Salvation Army and are constantly on the lookout for other community activities to involve our members in.
